Ten year old Romeo Beckham followed on the footsteps of his famous parents Victoria and David Beckham this week when he fronted the latest SS13 campaign for Luxury British brand Burberry. Former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham has firmly established herself as a designer and style icon whilst David Beckham’s brand endorsements alone have earnt him $37Million USD. It is clear from these new pictures that Romeo has is own cheeky charm and special charisma which will serve him well in front of the camera.
Only last week we were admiring Romeo Beckham’s custom Burberry outfit at the premier of Viva Forever , a West End tribute to his mother’s Spice Girl hits. The brand’s latest campaign, fronted by Romeo features SS13 pieces from Prorsum, Burberry London and Burberry Brit clothing with the label’s coveted trench a major feature.
When he isn’t suited up Romeo is often spotted out having fun with his brothers in distressed denims, beanies, a replica football strip and a trusty pair of converse.
The campaign was shot by famous celebrity photographer Mario Testino, who also shot the iconic engagement photos of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. Burberry was one of the first of the world’s Luxury power brands to create a line especially for children. The collection includes a combination of playful children’s styles and mini-me copies of our favourites from the mainline collection.
