YOU WILL NEED
Coloured balloons:
Black
Pink
Lavender
Yellow
Clear
Red
Aqua
Confetti:
Gold
Multi-coloured
Gold ribbon
Helium
PVA glue
A paintbrush
STEP-BY-STEP
Step 1. If you are using clear balloons, fill them with coloured confetti before you blow them up
Step 2. Fill your balloons with helium, according to the instructions on the canister
Step 3. Apply PVA to one side of the gold confetti and layer the discs onto the bottom of your coloured balloons
Step 4. Tie gold ribbons to your balloons to to secure them
