French photographer Philippe Jarrigeon shot the official campaign for this season’s much loved Kenzo Kids collection. The AW13 Kenzo collection made its debut at Global Kids Fashion Week in March last year, where the world’s top fashion press were suitably impressed with the brand’s playful graphic prints.
French photographer, Phillippe Jarrigeon, is generally known for his abstract still life pictures and arresting portraits. Kenzo also commissioned him to create the image for their SS13 fashion show invites, a beautiful still life of the Kenzo Tiger etched onto a collection of labradorite stones.
In 2012 the Kenzo Tiger took the adult fashion world by storm. Just one year later children’s versions of the popular print were introduced for little Tiger hunters. Kenzo fans were quick to discover how cute mummy-baby Kenzo combos could be.
The collection parallels the bold, colourful looks that we know and love from the adult mainline collection as well as a few stand-out metallic party pieces.
