Mini & Maximus is a little brand, making a lot of noise. These quirky urban styles for kids are doing all the things grown up brands wished they could do. All of these clothes are made from earth friendly fabrics. Mini & Maximus uses the collections as a platform to leverage up-and-coming artists and even the artwork of their own tiny fans. AlexandAlexa were really impressed with all the exciting work that this brand is doing and thought it would make a the perfect addition week’s BE OUR BUYER shopping event, the Statement Brands edition.

Inspired by the ceaseless originality, courage and exuberance of kids, Mini & Maximus has proven over successive collections that they can deliver styles that will delight parents and that kiddies will love to wear. They may be fun-focused but high-minded principles govern their design philosophy.
We were so excited when we discovered that Mini & Maximus sources all of their original prints from collaborations with up-and-coming artists. One of our favourite designs “three bros” is created by Evan Rossel, famous for his fun, hairy cartoon characters.
Mini & Maximus Collection Preview
As part of its art by kids for kids initiative the brand invites it’s mini fans to submit their original artwork to feature in the collections.
Mini & Maximus clothing is created from three kinds of earth friendly fabrics: 100% organic cotton, modal/cotton blend and a super-soft cotton/bamboo blend. All the funky prints are created using water soluble ink designs and recycled paper is used from everything from packaging to posters.
