Kids Valentine’s Day Card Craft

Kids Valentines Day Card Craft

With Valentine’s Day coming up this weekend, we’ve put together a cute craft for the little ones to do. Easy (with a little help from mum or dad) and fun, our potato stamps can be used on cards or even wrapping paper.

WHAT YOU NEED…
Coloured tape | Neon paint | A palette | A felt tip | White card | Potatoes | A cutting knife (always ask for help from an adult!)

HOW TO…
Score your card and fold in half. Use your coloured tape to make a grid on the front of your card. Cut your potatoes in half (always ask from a grown up when using sharp things!). Use a felt tip to draw the shape you want on your stamp onto your potato. We went for a love heart and a kiss. Cut out your shape with the knife. Put some paint on your palette. Carefully dip your potato stamp in the paint. Stamp it on some spare card to remove any excess paint. Stamp it on your card. Allow to dry and your card is ready to send!
